  • As part of a nationally recognized leading biomedical innovation group, planned and managed projects to support new learning initiatives for Fast Forward Medical Innovation’s Commercialization Education programming through online and in-person educational experiences.

  • Lead effort to expand and promote FFMI PACE (Program Accelerating Commercialization Education) to nation-wide learner pool by conducting “train-the-trainer” events through the Clinical & Translation Science Awardee network.

  • Planned, scheduled, and promoted a variety of educational events ranging from 1-hour lunch & learn lectures with guest speakers, to 4-week and 12-week course programming, including both live events and webinars.

  • Managed branding and messaging consistency and coordinated promotion and enrollment, produced videos, and published digital and printed content.

  • Proud to have served on the Patient Family Advisory Committee for the University of Michigan Rogel Cancer Center.​

Creative Services Manager, Traffic & Production

  • Within a busy in-house creative group, managed Creative Operations team and oversaw traffic, print production, and photography production (product, lifestyle and video) for Stride Rite marketing to deliver campaign creative on time and on budget.

  • Worked closely with Brand Marketing team and Creative Director to manage projects for season-ahead campaign concepts and sell-in marketing materials including producing lifestyle photo and video shoots.

  • Managed relationships and cultivated roster of freelance talent including copywriters, art directors, photographers, videographers, and digital technicians.

  • Special projects included:

    • Successful proposal to leadership team to create an in-house photo studio, which resulted in cost savings, centralized digital image library, opportunity for on-site art direction, and close collaboration with Product team for sample review

    • Recognizing an area in need of process-improvement, established an internal process for license submissions and became Creative Operations point of contact for Licensed Partner relationships including BBC, Hasbro, Disney, Marvel & Sanrio.

  • centralized location for all marketing projects.

  • • Managed creative services print and digital projects ranging from a full site refresh to in-store signage, and

  • everything in between, inclusive of assigning creative team, managing photo assets, and staying on schedule

  • from kick-off to event date. Accountable for tracking the status and workflow of (on average) 150 projects at a

  • time.

  • • Acted as a partner and Creative Services liaison to full marketing organization in communicating project

  • scope, schedule and status, and coordinating project deliverables.
